Pina is Perzechella, from chocolate maker to an artist for love

Her motto is “si vu ‘fa’ e Napule .. ‘nu muorzo!” (if you want to bite Naples) And she prepares chocolate as it once was done, proudly by hand and with lots of love. Pina Andelora (her nickname perzechella means small peach) had a small factory in the historic center of Naples, then it became a place of culture with the name the “Teatrino di Perzechella”. What happened? Eight years ago he met the man of his life: a street artist, Angelo Picone, better known as’ the Captain. Chocolate maker Pina, master of tammorre Angelo.  Since they have been a fixed couple they have a mission: to tell the values and traditions of Naples through art and creativity. So they joined forces and in the Teatrino of Perzechella, in Vico Pallonetto in Santa Chiara n.4, many young people arrive, from all regions of Italy and also from abroad, to learn the secrets of chocolate art (white, milk, and dark chocolates) and traditional music; and to take part in the “Marenna and show” (in Neapolitan Marenna would be bread with meatballs or eggplants).

If you want to conquer someone, rely on Perzechella who will advise you with what kind of chocolate to drive it crazy someone for you. The sfogliatella cream? The liqueur? Chocolates in the shape of a cup of coffee? In short, you have only to choose and fall in love immediately.
